DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Highveld Technopark, Centurion, Gauteng
Start date: May 2022 or ASAP
Stipend: R6 000 per month
UIS Analytical Services is offering Internships/ YES Programme to unemployed graduates who would like to gain working or practical experience in their field.
Internships/ YES Programmes are available in these fields:
- Analytical Chemist/ Technician
- Business Administration
- Financial Administration
- Quality Assurance Coordinator
Candidates will perform the following duties and responsibilities during the programme:
- Administrative duties, including assisting with various admin tasks in relevant departments
- Technical duties, including assisting with preparing and analysing samples
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
- Must have achieved good results in Matric
- Must have completed one of these qualifications:
- National Diploma, BTEch or BSc in Analytical Chemistry, TQMS or a related scientific field
- BTech or BCom in Financial or Business Administration
- Must be computer literate and have experience working in MS Word and Excel
- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be eager to learn and grow
- Must be results driven
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be safety conscious
