DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

The JSE are inviting candidates to apply for the HR internship position, with the key purpose of providing the Human Resources team with office and process support, with regards to Talent practices and processes within the company. Candidates with a Human Resources National Diploma should apply.
 

The job role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
1) Client Relationship Management:

  • Providing feedback to stakeholders by way of various communication platforms
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure co-ordination of talent management projects

2) Talent acquisition and development process co-ordination:

  • Updating records and checklists to guarantee that stakeholders projects deadlines and ad hoc requests are satisfied
  • Managing project requests from stakeholders, to plan and deliver on specific requirements
  • Researching, analysing and preparation of stakeholders projects proposals/ recommendations
  • Reporting and providing feedback on project deliverable to major stakeholders

3) Self-Management:

  • Improving professional growth and personal capability in accordance with JSE objectives, by communication development needs and proposed solutions with management
  • Being an effective member of the team, encouraging team work and sharing knowledge willingly
  • Living and breathing JSE values and contributing to the achievement of divisional objectives
  • Managing and maintaining personal development, delivery and acting as a self-starter

4) Transformation and Innovation Contribution:

  • Identifying, sharing and implementing improvement/ innovative ideas and solutions that add value, and contributing such to divisional and JSE results

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Education requirement: must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Education requirement: must have completed a Human Resources National Diploma
  • Working experience: must have 0 to 1 year Planning and Co-ordination experience
