Netcare, founded in 1996, is a South African health care company. The Netcare Group operates the biggest emergency medical services, private hospital, primary healthcare and renal care networks in the country.

The Netcare Group not only operates in South Africa, but also in Lesotho and the United Kingdom. It currently has 116 hospitals, 90 primary healthcare centres, 88 retail pharmacies and over 28 000 employees.

Netcare learnerships are available for candidates who wish to pursue a career in the Medical sector. Learnerships are generally available in the following fields:

  • Administration
  • Basic Nursing
  • Specialized Nursing
  • Pharmacy
  • Emergency Operations Centre
  • Clinical Engineering Technicians
  • Research Clinical Trails

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • South African citizen
  • Completed Matric
  • Good command of the English language (able to read, write and speak English)
  • Interested in following a career in the medical field
  • Compassionate
  • Good with people
  • Drivers licence (for certain fields)
