DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 6 weeks full time

Ucademy, affiliated with WNS is offering a learnership programme for Digital Skilled Learners. All learning will be done from the comfort of the candidates home and they will receive a stipend, weekly. Candidates will receive coaching, professional development, mentoring and a well-structured career path as well as role clarity when working for WNS. They will also have the opportunity for business-culture experience, celebrations, engagements as well as become a member that healthy contributes to society and engages in communities and initiatives that are meaningful.
 

Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

  • Learning how to professional; appropriately function in this world and understand this world of work
  • Having an understanding of the nature of the work, the BPO sector as well as numerous industries that focus on utilities
  • Communicating with customers and helping them by accurately and attentively responding to their needs
  • Applying administrative tasks on a multitasking-level as well as taking notes and track recording conversations
  • Applying accurate emotive and cognitive skills when handling difficult situations with customers whilst also controlling your emotions
  • Responding to customers on time and handling their needs, thus providing excellent service
  • Providing customers with solutions to their problems and ensuring satisfaction
  • Displaying sales orientation and conveying your opinion about a product for a converting lead in an assertive and confident manner
  • Understanding governance, standards and ethics and using it in all aspects of decision making

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be between 18 to 35 years old
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Offices
  • Must be able to type fast
  • Must have a neutral accent
  • Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Must have a smart device that is compatible and useful for e-learning
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must be able to partake in telephonic interviews
