DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Unilever Head Office La Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal / Sandton Office, Gauteng
Salary: R5 100 basic stipend per month
Other benefits: Unilever will pay for interns CIMA qualification
Contract type: Full-time
Contract duration: between 2 and 3 years, depending on length of CIMA qualification.

Unilever are inviting Financial and Accounting graduates to apply for their Finance Internship programme, which will run over the course of 2 to 3 years until students gain their Chartered Institute in Management Accounts (CIMA) qualification (which will be paid for by Unilever).
Interns will have the opportunity to study towards the CIMA qualification while at Unilever, with learning taking place in a structured, supervised environment.
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed Matric
  • Must have completed a Bcom Degree in Financial or Accounting (Accounts 1 & 2 subjects required as a minimum)
  • Must have basic computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must have none to 2 years working experience
