  • Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
  • Mafikeng, North West
  • Kimberley, Northern Cape
  • Cape Town, Western Cape

Truworths Limited is offering PWD Stores Learnerships at various locations in South Africa, for 2022.
The aim of this programme is to give candidates, who are interested in and passionate about retail, the opportunity to gain experience and thereby increase chance of employment in the field.
 

Learners will be required to fulfill the following duties during the programme:

  • Assist customers with finding merchandise
  • Merchandising the store according to the MBP principles
  • Payments and purchases on the POS system
  • Opening new accounts
  • Maintaining or controlling stock losses
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Maintaining customer security and safety
  • Learn and form knowledge
  • Prepare for Assessments

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African
  • Must have completed Grade 10
  • Must be passionate about fashion and retail
  • Must be willing to work 120 hours
